Tom Dunn

Tom joined NZIER from Capital and Coast District Health Board, where he was a Senior Health Insights Analyst with four years’ experience. During this time, he worked with a focus on patient-centric and equity-driven analytics. He has specialised in long-term modelling of hospital bed requirements across multiple hospitals, modelling options for reorganising hospital wards to improve efficiency and patient experience, and modelling shortfall and recovery in service delivery due to COVID-19 lockdowns.
