Marketing and Business Support Coordinator
Amy joined NZIER in October 2026 after completing her Bachelor of Communication at Victoria University. She is skilled in social media marketing, content creation, and strategic communication, with a particular interest in interpreting social media analytics.
Her interest in social media marketing grew through the Newlands College media studies programme, which led to her receiving an NZQA Media Studies Scholarship at NCEA Level 3 and Dean’s List Recognition at Victoria University.
Amy works alongside the Corporate Services Manager, designing and publishing NZIER’s social media and communications. Her role also includes serving as the first point of contact for visitors, formatting presentation slides, and handling office administration tasks.
She looks forward to contributing to NZIER’s Public Good Programme by uploading content that educates Kiwis about the relevant economic issues facing New Zealand.
